Francesca is a partner in the Markets Innovation Group (MIG), a group of lawyers and developers who are focused on the creation of innovative solutions for clients to meet large-scale legal and regulatory challenges. She plays a key role in the development of proprietary client-facing solutions using AI technology, for example, she helped devise ContractMatrix; an end-to-end system which has been deployed clients to facilitate AI-powered contract review, document automation the creation of operating models to manage legal operations and risk. Francesca is a member of the firm's AI SteerCo and has been heavily involved in the A&O's deployment of generative AI, supporting lawyers on work such as contract analysis, due diligence and regulatory compliance.
