Meg is Associate Legal Director at Onfido, a fast growth AI company, who digitally prove people’s real identities using a photo ID, facial biometrics and passive signals. Meg has a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and leadership across product development, outsourcing, and intellectual property matters, and currently leads Onfido’s cross-functional Responsible AI Governance Programme. She works closely with product managers, applied scientists and software engineers to further embed responsible AI policies, processes and principles throughout the business and provides legal & privacy oversight and governance in the development and build of new product offerings via Onfido’s Product Council. Before joining Onfido Meg worked in private practice in New Zealand, advising on a range of private and public sector technology transformation projects and is experienced in driving innovative commercial solutions.
