Rashila Kerai is a Senior Analyst and Biodiversity Specialist in the Sustainable Investing Centre of Expertise at Robeco. She coordinates the development of Robeco’s approach to integrate biodiversity considerations across the firm. This includes development of tools and resources to support investment decisions, risk management, and integration into disclosure structures. Rashila started her career with Robeco in 2015 and rejoined in 2022. Previously, she worked at VP Bank as Head of Group Sustainability and at Holcim where she led the development of its biodiversity policy and strategy. Rashila holds an MBA and BSE in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MSE in Civil& Environmental Engineering from Wayne State University, both in the US.
