Kim is a Counsel in Linklaters’ Environment and Climate Change practice. She is part of the firm’s global cross-practice ESG team. She works with a number of industry groups and advises clients on emerging ESG requirements, including in relation to biodiversity. Kim’s focus areas include ESG strategy and governance, disclosures, regulatory requirements, transition plans and sustainable finance.
