Grant Rudgley leads the Banking Environment Initiative (BEI), a group of banks at the vanguard of sustainable finance hosted by the since 2010. With the BEI he pioneers approaches that empower banks to integrate social and environmental considerations into mainstream finance.
He also leads the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership’s (CISL) Nature-related Finance programme, in which banks, investment managers and insurers develop market-leading approaches to halt and reverse nature loss.
He began his career at Chatham House, then spent many years as a financial analyst focused on the energy sector before leadership roles in corporate finance and transfer pricing.
