Madeleine Rawlins leads Mott MacDonald’s Global Climate Change Practice and has 25 years' experience working in this field, working across decarbonisation and resilience and most recently working to drive forward approaches to integrate resilience into decision making. In her role at Mott MacDonald Madeleine leads the development of skills and capability to deliver climate change services as well as being responsible for corporate climate change policy, including the management of climate related risks and delivery of the corporate Net zero target.

Madeleine is passionate about driving ambitious action on climate change to drive down global emissions and support those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. Madeleine is an author of the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report, where she contributed to the assessment of finance for resilience and adaptation. Madeleine was formerly Chair of the Climate Markets and Investment Association in London and is currently leading Mott MacDonald’s work to deliver better data, guidance and standards for wider adoption across the market.
