Andreas is a Director in Barclays’ Group Sustainability team. He is responsible for managing Barclays’ engagement with ESG ratings agencies and for developing its approach to deliver against new ESG non-financial reporting and disclosure requirements. Andreas is also a member of the leadership team developing Barclays’ sustainability, ESG and transition strategies.
Prior to his current role, Andreas was Head of Benchmark Interest Rates Governance at Barclays and worked in the Chair's Office of the Bank of England's Working Group on Sterling Risk Free Reference Rates.
