Flávia Bedicks is CDP’s ESG Data Policy & Regulations Manager at CDP. In her role, she leads research on ESG ratings and data products and engages with key stakeholders in this topic.

Prior to joining CDP, she worked for different organizations in Brazil focusing on public management, technology and policy to foster social inclusion, economic growth with decent jobs, and environmental protection.

She is the co-founder of Youth Voices Brasil, a volunteer-based initiative focused on youth employment in Brazil, supported by the World Bank and the Youth to Youth Community.

Flávia holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Science and Policy from Maastricht University.
