Thea has broad experience providing strategic and policy advice to private sector, government, and multilateral development bank clients on matters relating to climate and nature. She is an Associate Director at Pollination, where her recent work has focused on advising large corporates, financial institutions, and significant landholders on TNFD-aligned nature risk assessment and strategy development responding to commercial, governance, and policy drivers.

Additionally, Thea has strong environmental markets expertise and advises a range of clients on carbon transactions, policy, and implementation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.

Prior to joining Pollination, Thea was a lawyer at Ashurst, where she advised on matters related to energy, environment, and planning. She also holds a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge.
