Rupert Stuart-Smith is a Research Associate in Climate Science and the Law at the Oxford Sustainable Law Programme. He is a climate scientist by training and his recent research includes the use and interpretation of scientific evidence in climate litigation, methodological developments in climate change attribution science, glaciology and the health impacts of climate change. Rupert has also authored expert reports for climate lawsuits and worked on strategy development for climate litigation.
