Alice Carr is Executive Director for Public Policy and Just Energy Transition Partnerships (JETPs) at the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), which is working at pace to ensure that the global financial system can deliver on its net zero commitments. Alice leads on engagement with international organisations, governments and regulators across GFANZ's broad portfolio of activities. Prior to joining GFANZ, Alice had a two-decade career in central banking, working across a broad set of functions. She has worked in more than 20 countries to strengthen financial stability and crisis management arrangements, including three years at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
