Tryfonas is a senior cyber technical specialist with the Bank of England/PRA. He has been with the Bank since 2020 leading the assessments for cyber resilience for our most systemically important firms and Financial Market Infrastructures. Tryfonas is also leading the technical cyber components of macroprudential assessments to inform the financial stability policy objectives including the BoE's cyber stress test and the upcoming critical third parties regime. As part of his role Tryfonas is also leading bilateral engagements with the G7 and other international partners to discuss and share views on best practice cyber resilience and supervisory practices and domestically is involved with cross-authority work on coordination and assessing cyber resilience of our critical national infrastructure firms. Prior work experience includes cyber security consulting and a number of senior roles with private banks and market participants.
