Arabella is a seasoned Transformation leader with 12 years of experience in strategy and change programmes within the Banking industry. She specialises in supporting executives determine their approaches and roadmaps to investing in new technologies and capabilities, while navigating the complexities of legacy landscapes and maintaining a focus on speed to value and creating enduring change.

With focus areas on Data Strategy, AI, and Emerging partnerships with FinTech and hyperscalers for new ecosystem plays, Arabella has played key roles in supporting the design and stand-up of programmes that fundamentally shift ways of working for colleagues and change outcomes/experience delivered to customers.

Arabella began her career working in Development Consulting with the UNDP and local development organisations in the Balkans post studying Economics. Her love of working towards solving complex problems with people and their needs at the heart of solutions led her to move to IBM Consulting to focus her career on enabling technological change for everyday services.

Arabella has worked with Banking clients in the UK, Europe and Asia with a current focus now on Tier 1 Retail clients in the UK market.
