Jonathan Rogers is a partner in our Financial Services Regulatory team based in London and leads our global Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) practice.

Jonathan is well known for acting at the forefront of heavily regulated FS sector projects requiring the execution of complex commercial and technological change. Jonathan guides financial services clients in the development and launch of their products and services and in the implementation of regulatory change projects. He also supports clients in their licencing, governance and compliance arrangements and in their relationships with regulators.

Jonathan has over 20 years of experience advising clients on the full range of FCA and PRA regulation and represents both international and domestic clients from the fintech, banking and lending, payments, funds and asset management, broker/dealer and insurance sectors.
