Sneha has built and scaled several high-growth, global data and fintech businesses over her 20+ year career with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Cargill. Sneha has proven that ambitious business growth with sustainable societal impact is a repeatable and viable model - from launching human-centric AI businesses through the LSEG Group Business Accelerator, to leading the Know Your Customer business globally at Refinitiv to support the fight against financial crime, to transforming the Thomson Reuters Africa business across 19 countries to help build financial markets, improve investor confidence and strengthen local institutions.
Over her career, Sneha has held several strategy, innovation, sales, operations, product, program and trading roles with multinational organizations across the US, UK and Africa. Sneha was named to the Women in Fintech Powerlist in 2020 and has been recognized over the years for inclusive and purposeful leadership.
Sneha helps to steer various platforms that drive impact in education and entrepreneurship globally. She serves as Venture Partner for EarlyBird Venture Lab, on the Boards of the African Leadership Foundation and Education Development Center, as Board Advisor for WomHub, the Harambeans and Entrelliance, and is Board Chair for the YPO New York Polaris Chapter. She has previously served on the Board of the US Chamber of Commerce US-Africa Business Center and has contributed to several initiatives of the UN and World Economic Forum.
