Simon is a partner in Clifford Chance’s Tech//Digital team in London. He has over two decades of experience helping clients find positive solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges on a range of issues including data protection and privacy and cyber security (both advisory and contentious), banking secrecy, and the structuring and negotiation of complex commercial, outsourcing, IT transformation and corporate development projects. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, Simon held legal, regulatory and commercial strategic management roles in several corporate enterprises including UBS, Orange and Freeserve.
