I am the Global lead for the COO Regulatory Market Initiatives function at Deutsche Bank. I advise all Investment Bank businesses on the Regulatory Reporting impact for new business, products and transactions
I Chair the Industry Data Standards Committee (IDSC) at the Bank of England and am a member of the British Standards Institute IST/12 Financial Services Committee representing the UK at ISO.
I represent Deutsche Bank on the DTCC Global Trade Repository Steering committee, the DSB ANNA Product Committee & Non Standard Taskforce, The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) Globally Important Financial Institutions (GIFI) Relationship Group, EuroFiling, Reporting & Reference Data SIG & the Global Derivatives Digital Regulatory Reporting Group.
I have chaired numerous industry initiatives at ISDA, FIA, GFMA and ICMA to create global Industry best practices in Regulatory Reporting. I was invited to participate in the FSB GUUG and CPMI-IOSCO global reporting harmonisation initiatives for UTI, UPI and CDE.
Previously I worked at Barclays, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Northern Rock, BNP Paribas, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS and the EBRD in various Front Office and Regulatory roles.
In 2024 I won European RegTech professional of the year at the RegTech Insight awards.
