Diane Berry is Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Phoenix and reports directly to the Group COO. Since joining Phoenix in 2021, she has formed the Group Data Office, a multi-disciplinary data team across the organisation, initiated and leads the build of Phoenix’s Enterprise Data Platform closely collaborating with colleagues across the business. Prior to Phoenix, she was Director at Bain & Company, where she built and led a global multi-disciplinary data team. She is an expert in data and software engineering, and has 25+ years’ experience in Technology and Data and has held consultancy and in-house roles across multiple industries. Diane holds a PhD in Statistics, MSc in Statistics from UCL, London and BTech from New Zealand.
