Isabella is a fully qualified Attorney at Law with over a decade of global experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and banking & finance deals. Isabella has worked with key clients like Nasdaq, Blackstone, EQT, Providence, Advent, Partners Group, other financial institutions and funds.

Isabella has a proven track record in establishing and streamlining processes, bringing people together, project management, negotiating and closing high value deals.
