She is an international financial sanctions and export controls expert with over 18 years of experience working in the field of National Security. She led the UK Iran Nuclear Legal team when working as a legal advisor at the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office and was responsible for nearly all sanctions related litigation when she served in the UK government. Over the past 18 years of practice, Chloe has advised on numerous sanctions regimes, sectors and products and is widely recognised as a trusted legal advisor for sanctions advice, enforcement, investigations, and compliance matters. She was the Global Head of Sanctions Advisory at Deutsche Bank, the UK Head of Sanctions at HSBC and before qualifying at the criminal bar she worked for the United Nations.
