Alicia Kedzierski currently leads ESG and D&I at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), a role central to embedding these areas across the regulator’s policy, supervision and enforcement activity. She previously led critical projects for the FCA, such as the regulator’s response to the Cost of Living Crisis. When she led the FCA’s Innovation team, she delivered the FCA’s Innovation Technical Assistance work for several African countries. Her experience spans the UK and working across the Middle East and Africa, including development projects. Previously, Alicia worked at Deloitte, the Financial Services Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England. Her background is in Law.
