I have a record in delivering transformational strategies across global financial institutions such as Fidelity International, and JPMorgan Asset and Wealth Management. Among my accomplishments is designing and implementing a bespoke Global Conduct and Culture Risk Framework for over 22,000 JPM Asset and Wealth Management staff, showcasing a commitment to enhancing workplace culture and inclusivity. My dedication to diversity and inclusion (D&I) is further underscored by my involvement in establishing the Black Leadership Forum in EMEA for JPMorgan, focused on increasing black Managing Director appointments outside the US. In my time with Fidelity, I have been very involved in the Black Young Professional network and Fidelity’s Black Professional Network.
