Lanre runs programs to build diverse representation across all levels, create diverse teams, embrace difference and break unconscious bias. He has vast experience in setting up and growing Culture and Diversity networks to provide peer support to colleagues and leverage diversity to meet overall business objectives.

Lanre has specific expertise in various aspects of I&D. He leads programmes to support underrepresented groups to have greater visibility in their business and bring their ‘true self’ to work. His Creating inclusion programmes support individuals and teams in building an inclusive culture. He also runs Racial equity, psychological safety and building allyship programmes. He conducts Performance and Culture focus groups for Organisations, helping them to understand what is going on in their business, the effectiveness of current initiatives, the impact on employees and where change is needed. He is a poet and powerful communicator and uses innovative tools to help individuals engage and communicate.
