Pratyusha has 15 years of experience in payments and technology space where she has worked with the wallet providers, payment gateway aggregators, payment processors and reconciliation product companies across geographies building new products or strategizing on seeing new growth areas and adoption for the existing ones.

Pratyusha is currently the co-chair for the Gender Balance workstream at Swift and DEI is a topic close to her heart where she tries to bring her experience of having worked with different nationalities and cultures to help strategize the programs that would encourage people from diverse backgrounds to find a safe place to express themselves and build the confidence to grow as career professionals.

She is an avid reader, traveller and a trained classical flautist. Finding answers to her inquisitive 6 year old son’s questions on varied topics keeps her creativity at a high.
