Neil has 15 years experience of strategy, market and business development in sustainable power sector with some of the world's leading equipment manufacturers. From the utilility scale solar PV market, energy storage, flexibility and aggregation services, his passion for achieving cleaner air as well as decarbonisation has seen him focus on electrification of road transport. Voltempo's position as consortium lead for the eFreight2030 project, within the ZEHID grant fund from Innovate UK, means that he is working extensively with leading companies in the UK freight and logistics sector. The project will create a vital demonstrator programme which will form the basis of a UK-wide network of high-power charging facilities to scale up the adoption and share crucial intelligence about the range of operational use cases for electric HGV fleets.
