Theo has over 25 years’ experience working within the Transportation sector on Surface Transport and has proven leadership and stakeholder management skills both with internal and external teams.
He has a wide experience of successfully bidding for and delivering a range of projects working within complex stakeholder environments including multi-stakeholder Interchange improvements and station enhancement works.
Theo is a Technical Director within Arcadis with a focus on eMobility, Fleet Decarbonisation & Alternative Fuels, eVTOL/AAM infrastructure, and surface transport improvement projects. He leads the development of new propositions, and he manages a variety of projects within the Intelligent Mobility Service Team’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Arcadis, Theo was the Sustainable Transport Manager at London Heathrow Airport for 11 years, leading the planning, development and delivery of its Surface Access Strategy and Sustainable Transport Plan. He has also spent 13 years in Local Government in Highways and Transportation leading on road safety and traffic management initiatives.
