Fleur Eysenck is Legal Counsel in Barclays’ Litigation, Investigations and Enforcement team, working on a range of internal and externally-driven investigations. Before joining Barclays, Fleur was a Legal Technical Specialist in the Enforcement division of the Financial Conduct Authority, investigating and prosecuting criminal offences affecting the financial markets, and bringing a range of regulatory misconduct matters to the Regulatory Decisions Committee and Upper Tribunal. Before joining the FCA, Fleur spent 5 years at the Criminal Bar prosecuting and defending the range of criminal offences, and she has also acted as a member of the Bar Standards Board’s Professional Conduct Committee reviewing misconduct matters involving barristers.
