David is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Practice Group, and the White Collar Crime Group. David represents individuals and companies in regulatory and criminal investigations, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. He has extensive experience in cross-border investigations, navigating the processes of different agencies across multiple jurisdictions, and in representing senior executives whose reputations, livelihoods and sometimes liberty is in jeopardy. His experience in the criminal and regulatory law allows him to act effectively and efficiently in cases which raise risks in both arenas. He has been called to the English Bar and is admitted to the New York Bar.
