Jess is the MLRO at Gemini UK. She has been with Gemini since October 2021 where she started as a Financial Crimes Manager building the AML/CTF framework and championing Compliance as one of the four key pillars of Gemini’s mission.

Prior to joining Gemini, Jess was one of the first employees of Coinbase’s UK Compliance department where for several years she worked to build and enhance the overall compliance framework, project managed internal and external audits as well as remediation projects, in addition to driving key aspects of Coinbase’s international expansion strategy.

Jess is a seasoned crypto investigator with experience using a variety of blockchain analytics tools and has obtained an International Compliance Association Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.
