Richard Freeman has over 17 years of experience in providing forensic services across complex, high-value matters. He specialises in fraud, bribery and corruption, and regulatory investigations, and has advised clients on financial misconduct across sectors including aerospace and defence, financial services, energy and natural resources, and pharmaceuticals.

Richard has extensive experience presenting forensic findings to regulators and law enforcement authorities, where his ability to combine technical precision with clear, strategic insight has been highly valued. He is passionate about uncovering the truth in complex investigations and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the challenges of fraud and misconduct with integrity, expertise and sound judgement. He joined Edmonds Marshall McMahon's Investigations team in October 2025.
