Nick is Head of Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement for the UK & Ireland at Deutsche Bank. He has worked on a wide range of financial services and other regulatory and law enforcement investigations throughout his career. Nick trained and qualified at Herbert Smith, spending 10 years in the litigation and dispute resolution department. In 2012 Nick joined the Group Regulatory Legal team at Lloyds Banking Group in 2012 where he spent six years working on a number of enforcement actions and other investigations. After six years with Lloyds Banking Group, Nick joined Deutsche Bank’s Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement team for the UK & Ireland in 2018 where he has advised on a wide range of both internal and external investigations.
