He leads Solidus’ Global Professional Services practice and its Investigation Services team, which partners with regulatory enforcement units worldwide on complex cases of market manipulation, insider trading, and on-chain cyber exploits. With nearly 20 years in financial services, Spiro has built a career at the intersection of market integrity and regulatory strategy, advising C-suite leaders on risk management, operational resilience, and compliance innovation. Prior to Solidus, he held senior roles at Guidehouse, Forrester Research, and Kuvacash, where he led large-scale transformation programs for firms including Prudential, PayPal, and John Hancock / Manulife. Spiro earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his PhD from City, University of London (St George’s).
