Jamila Yusufali has worked at Northern Trust for 13 years across the three lines of defence. Her career at Northern Trust started in the Audit division, after which point she moved to Compliance where she managed the Compliance Assurance team responsible for conducting regulatory reviews across our EMEA regulated entities. Eighteen months ago she moved roles to head up the EMEA Conduct Office, responsible for the Senior Managers Regime in the UK, Individual Accountability Framework in Ireland and overseeing a consistent framework for individuals in regulated roles across EMEA. Prior to Northern Trust she commenced her career at PwC in Sydney Australia in the external audit division, then moving to Westpac’s internal audit division.
