Catherine qualified as a solicitor with Clifford Chance in 2000 into the contentious practice area. During her time with Clifford Chance she worked in both Paris and Dubai. After 10 years in private practice as disputes lawyer she moved to the then FSA enforcement division spending time in retail, unauthorised business and the litigation and legal review function. Catherine then joined Morgan Stanley to lead conduct investigation work and then joined Lloyds in 2017 as Head of Contentious Regulatory.
