Gemma is the Head of Conduct Risk and Culture for the Markets and Securities Services business in HSBC, working with the business to ensure they have a strong, postive culture that supports robust risk management and high performance. She was previously Head of Non-Financial Risk for EMEA, covering all 1LOD risk management activities for the region, including SMCR. Prior to working at HSBC she was Head of Quality and Service Improvement at the UK Financial Ombudsman Service and worked in the public sector for a number of years.
