Kate is a Director in KPMG’s EMA FS Regulatory Insights Centre (RIC) leading on Capital Markets & Digital Finance regulation, publishing analysis, providing insights and SME consultancy support on regulatory change to KPMG financial services clients. Kate has been monitoring and understanding the impact of EU and UK regulatory changes such as Brexit, LIBOR cessation, MiFIR/MIFID II review and the growing regulatory focus on financial market infrastructure. Prior to KPMG, Kate has over 15 years’ experience working in Compliance and Operations areas of global investment banks as well as supervising them while at the UK FCA.
