Michael is a corporate partner and Head of EMEA Growth Capital and Co-Head of UK Equity Corporate Finance. With over 20 years’ experience, Michael regularly advises companies from seed to early stage all the way to IPO or sale, acting for issuers, financial sponsors and corporate venturers.
With a sector focus on private equity, tech and fintech, Michael also has over 15 years of experience across IPOs and other primary and secondary offerings, acting for issuers, selling shareholders and investment banks, as well as leading on M&A, board-level advisory matters, joint ventures and restructurings. His expertise includes complex equity financings and underwriting structures, pre-IPO fundraisings and major transactions for listed companies.

Michael participated in the City of London Law Society responses to the Lord Hill Listing Review and subsequent reform proposals, which are still on-going.
