Tom is a corporate partner at Linklaters, with particular focus on IPOs and secondary capital raising and listed company advice. He has been instructed on all sides of equity and listed company related transactions, including by corporates, private equity funds, shareholders and underwriting banks. He also specialises in late stage equity private capital raising and advising companies and their shareholders on their transition to exit or the public capital markets.
