Caroline is Head of our Debt Capital Markets practice. She has a broad international practice covering banking, capital markets, securitisation, derivatives and structured finance in which she advises issuers, borrowers and counterparties of all types. She is also a key member of the Slaughter and May's sustainable finance team and has been involved in innovation in this area, having worked on some of the earliest sustainability linked products in the loan market and sustainable bond products in the capital markets. She is a Vice Chair of the International Bar Association's Banking and Finance Law Committee and a member of ICMA's green bond principles advisory group.
