Lukas studied International Business Administration at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) in addition to completing a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Economics at the University of Bayreuth. After working on climate adaptation projects in the context of international development cooperations, he joined Munich Re in 2020. His focus is on physical climate risks for financial institutions and blended finance structures to support efforts that drive climate change mitigation and adaptation.
