Sudeshna is a Senior Climate Specialist at the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), where she leads the organisation’s work on climate adaptation and resilience. PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment, supporting its international network of investor signatories in integrating sustainability considerations into investment decisions.

In her current role, Sudeshna focuses on developing thought leadership papers and guidance for asset owners and asset managers to enhance their ability to assess physical climate risk and manage these risks by investing in climate adaptation. She also works to convene investors to share best practices on risk assessment, stewardship strategies, and policy engagement to improve private finance for adaptation and resilience.
