Sarah leads Savills Sustainability Climate Risk and Resilience Service Line with over 8 years’ experience in physical climate risk and natural hazard modelling across real estate, insurance and banking sectors. Her current role involves supporting real estate asset owners and managers with identification of physical climate risks through scenario analysis and advising on adaptation and resilience measures in the built environment. Prior to joining Savills, she worked at Deloitte in the regulatory assurance team, supporting financial institutions to embed climate risk in risk management strategies and worked in the reinsurance catastrophe modelling sector using tools and approaches to price catastrophe reinsurance, which now underpin physical climate risk assessment approaches today. Sarah has a Masters degree in Meteorology and Climate Science from the University of Reading.
