Antonio Golino is a Partner at Clifford Chance since 2011. He leads the Regulatory Investigations and Financial Crimes team in Italy, regularly advising financial institutions and corporations on sensitive matters arising from regulatory issues and criminal investigations. He is a trial lawyer, acting as criminal defense counsel for corporate entities and individuals in high-profile market abuse and fraud trials before the court of first instance and the courts of appeal. Furthermore, he is a compliance expert and often acts as an advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors in sensitive internal investigations and in the management of corporate crises. He is also a leading Counsel in CONSOB's regulatory investigations, particularly in the field of Market Abuse and teaches Regulatory Enforcement at the LLM in financial crimes at LUISS Law School.
