Glen Harding is head of Trade Surveillance for Fixed Income and Equities at Bank of New York Mellon Markets. Before joining BNY Mellon in 2022, Glen led the Trade Surveillance team at Bloomberg’s Multi-Lateral Trading Facility and also ANZ Bank in EMEA. Glen also worked at the Financial Conduct Authority, focusing on the deployment of MiFID 2 transaction reporting and enhancing data quality. Glen is currently studying for a PhD in data science, and has a passion for utilising machine learning and data science to enhance the cutting edge of Surveillance.
