Chris is the Head of Market Regulation at ICE Futures Europe (IFEU), responsible for ensuring that IFEU adheres to its UK and international regulatory obligations and provides fair and orderly derivative markets across oil, energy, environmental, fixed income, equity, and soft commodity asset classes. Chris oversees IFEU’s post-trade market surveillance, AML/KYC, regulatory transaction reporting, member onboarding, and investigation and disciplinary processes for suspected rule violations.
