Conor is the Head of Surveillance at MarketAxess, a leading electronic trading platform for the global fixed-income market. It enables institutional investors, and broker-dealers to trade corporate, government, and municipal bonds as well as other fixed-income instruments. Conor oversees both trade and communication surveillance focusing on both market abuse and financial crime risks. Before this role, Conor spent 13 years at HSBC leading their Fixed Income Surveillance program, he also held other roles in business management, middle office, front office support and operations.
