Zoe joined the PLSA as Director of Policy and Advocacy and an Executive member of the PLSA Board in November 2024, where she leads work to represent members’ views across Government, industry and the media. PLSA represents pension schemes that together provide a retirement income to more than 30 million savers in the UK and invest more than £1.3 trillion in the UK and abroad.
Prior joining the Association Zoe was Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs at Nest, overseeing corporate strategy, policy and public affairs for the largest UK pension scheme by membership. Earlier in her career she worked in policy, strategy and operational roles at DWP and HMT, with a focus on pensions.
Zoe has a particular interest in improving pension outcomes for vulnerable groups, and in mental health. She is a trustee and non-executive director of Emmaus SLC, a charity supporting previously homeless people.
