Brona Reeves a Managing Director in Barclays employment law team, has over 20 years experience of people regulatory matters both in-house and in private practice. This includes leading responses to multiple regulatory and government consultations, from the response to the financial crisis, through to the most recent consultations, and has also given evidence on financial services to the Treasury Select Committee. She is particularly interested in the application of principle based regulation to employee conduct issues.
