Ollie is a Senior Associate in the Tier 1 Planning & Zoning UK team at BCLP and has worked on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects of the last 10 years. In the national infrastructure space, Ollie has advised Thames Water in the successful delivery of the Thames Tideway Tunnel as well as advising Thames Water on its up and coming strategic resource options. Ollie acted for National Grid in its £1 billion London Power Tunnels 2 scheme and has experience across various National Grid projects including leading the Dinorwig to Pentir Cable Replacement Project and supporting it as an interested party in multiple green energy nationally significant infrastructure projects. Most recently Ollie advised on Xlinks’ Morocco to UK Power Project from section 35 direction through to a successful DCO submission. This scheme was one of the quickest projects to get from government direction into the Planning Act regime through to a successful submission. Ollie has been involved in other major infrastructure schemes such as Heathrow Expansion and the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange DCO.
