Alasdair Reisner leads Mace’s global preconstruction and productivity advisory team, supporting customers to set their projects up for success, measuring and improving construction productivity while securing their future supply chain and workforce skills. In this role he is supporting some of the UK’s largest infrastructure and building projects and programmes. Prior to joining Mace earlier this year, Alasdair spent 17 years at the Civil Engineering Contractors Association where he was chief executive, playing a leading role as a voice for industry on infrastructure planning issues on behalf of more than 300 construction businesses across England, Scotland and Wales.
